          Job Title: Provider Data Management Coordinator II
          Job Type: Full-Time

          Job Description:

          Position Purpose:
          Perform Credentialing and re-credential activities for health plans according to plan specifications. Serve as a mentor for Provider Data Management Coordinator I’s.

          Knowledge/Experience:
          Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare related field and 1-2 years of credentialing/provider data experience or 2-4 years of credentialing/provider data experience.

          Position Responsibilities:

          • Perform Credentialing and re-credential activities for health plans according to plan specifications.

          • Create and maintain credentialing files consistent with NCQA standards.

          • Enter credentialing data into provider data management system and maintain 98% data accuracy.

          • Ensure compliance with National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and Department of Health and Family Services (DHFS) credentialing requirements.

          • Serve as a mentor/coach for Provider Data Management Coordinator I’s.

          • Handle and resolve complex provider data management issues.
