We are looking for skilled Janitors to join our team! At Mac, our Maintenance team is not only skilled, courteous, and hard-working; they also make a unique and valuable contributions to our community by ensuring that our properties are well maintained, clean, and presentable.

This is a permanent, full-time position and the schedule is Monday- Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and this is a full-time role WITH BENEFITS.


  • Maintains the curb appeal of the property, including ensuring the community is in a neat, clean and attractive condition and that sidewalks, stairways, and building exteriors are well maintained.

  • Maintains the overall condition of the building and grounds, including outside custodial duties (e.g. snow removal) as required.

  • Compacts and removes trash and debris from community areas.

  • Performs duties to restore apartments to “market ready” status, including trashing-out vacant apartment units.

  • Completes assigned work orders according to company guidelines and standards.

  • Provides outstanding customer service and follows through to ensure resident’s satisfaction.


  • Customer Service Minded People Person. The best part of serving others is creating experiences for them that go beyond the expected. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, high standards of professionalism and self-motivation required.

  • Previous maintenance and service experience preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

  • Ability to identify and properly use cleaning and chemical supplies

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
