/ HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

Momentum is kicking off a nationwide mobile marketing tour for our premium spirits client. We are looking for an experienced Tour Manager to flawlessly execute 20 to 25 events from January 2018 to October 2018. This person will function as Tour Manager, and will also serve as an Associate Brand Ambassador for our clients’ Scotch Whisky brand. You will drive to (Class A required), set up, and activate in various U.S. markets. This is a full-time, contract position from January 1 – October 31 with option to work one more week in December.

  • Manage all aspects of program logistics and on-site execution

  • Contact, verify, and serve as on-site contact for all on-site partners

  • Drive tractor-trailer to and from each event in a timely and safe manner

  • Comply with DOT laws

  • Proper operation and maintenance of all vehicles and tour elements

  • Set-up the event materials and display at each venue

  • Ensure all event elements are present, functioning correctly and clean at each event

  • Provide prompt event reporting within 24 hours of each event, including positive and constructive feedback to improve the events and photos

  • Communicate daily with Momentum direct report

  • Develop a thorough understanding of client’s business and industry

  • Track the tour budget and element inventory

  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately on a weekly basis

  • Ensure all client goals and objectives are executed

  • Represent Momentum and the client in an appropriate manner to the general public, media, sponsors, clients, venue management, and local vendors

/ HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • 100% travel from approximately January 1 – October 31, 2018 with 1-2 weeks of training in December 2017 and potentially one event in December 2018

  • CDL Class A with a clean driving record is required

  • Ability to drive, operate and manage maintenance of trailer up to 48’ in length

  • Successful experience in managing experiential campaigns

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple venues in various markets

  • Have superior verbal and written communication skills

  • Record of successful problem solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Identify and improve conflicts and difficult situations

  • Keen eye for setting up an attractive display at each venue

  • Be able to set up large activation area

  • Be able to lift up to 50lbs

  • Must own a cell phone with a data plan

  • Experience with spirits brands preferred

  • Position contingent upon successful completion of background and drug screening
