POSITION SUMMARY:
The individual in this position will be a team member of one of the Branded Marketing Teams at Nestle Purina PetCare. As a Brand Manager, this role will be responsible for helping to set the Marketing Strategy for the Brand.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a Brand Strategy: Analyze business and consumer trends, identify key issues facing your business and build and execute innovative marketing and general management plans.
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of marketing plan strategies ' including advertising, product development, packaging, trade and consumer promotions, and business operations.
Innovation and renovation: Identify new, consumer insight driven, innovative ideas to drive brand growth. Develop new product ideas, renovation to current products and strategies. Create high-impact promotions, advertising, packaging, sales or operational innovation.
Communications: Develop strategic consumer-insight driven communications. Evaluate best-in-class creative executions, including television, print, online, packaging and promotion.
Goal Setting and Financial Management: Set annual volume, profit and share objectives and manage your business to deliver them.
Perform all other duties as required.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To maximize your learning and prepare you for increasing responsibility, you will rotate across divisions and assignment types within Nestle Purina including Dog, Cat, Vet, Snacks and Litter

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
MBA from an accredited college or university
Experience:
3+ years of Brand Management experience within the Consumer Products Goods industry
