XR Medical, a proud distributor of Breg products, currently has a full-time opening

for a Sales Representative in Springfield, MO. If you are looking for a fast paced environment where you can make a difference every day, then this is the opportunity for you!

This position is responsible for selling Breg products, services and solutions to physicians, surgical centers, hospitals and other organizations that require medical device products. Successful sales representatives build relationships with customers, provide

expertise on products, provide exceptional customer service to accounts, understand their challenges and offer solutions.

Essential Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Highly accountable for meeting or exceeding sales quotas and objectives in assigned territory.

  • Building relationships with customers to truly understand their business.

  • Understanding customer challenges and offering solutions from Breg’s portfolio of products and services to improve the quality and lower the cost of the orthopedic episode. Provides product expertise.

  • Accountable for selling, planning, organizing and implementing account management activities. Extensive travel throughout the assigned territory.

  • Identifying and assessing future accounts and opportunities.

  • Preparing weekly reports on travel schedule and keeping updated expense account information.

  • Attending trade shows on an as needed basis.

Requirements

We are looking for:

A dependable, honest, hard-working person who enjoys teamwork and is a positive influence on others. Someone who is detail oriented, focused on accuracy, can follow systems, is able to multi-task and communicate effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing or a science field.

  • At least 4 years of proven successful experience in business to business sales, new business development or direct patient contact is required.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively, behave professionally in stressful situations, work independently and without supervision, establish rapport, follow instructions, and exercise professional judgment in all situations.

  • Candidates must live in the Springfield, MO or surrounding area.

  • Candidate must be willing to travel.
