The Boeing Company has an outstanding opportunity for a Training Support Program Management

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following but not limited to statement of work:

Provides support for the establishment of domestic and International schoolhouse training capability for any Defense related program

Leads team to develop and establishing strategy for domestic and international training center campaigns. In addition support the operation of established training centers in a leadership role to continue to keep product sold to the customer.

Manages resources and leads in the planning and execution of campaigns for business growth.

Interacts with senior leaders or executives concerning matters of significance to the Company related to development of training schoolhouse capability.

Leverages the Boeing enterprise of products, services, processes and operations to support customer commitments, gain competitive advantage and foster business growth.

Manages resources and leads in the planning and execution of campaigns for business growth.

Support the development of the international and domestic training schoolhouse customer contact plan.

Develops unparalleled customer understanding & in-depth knowledge of customer business, culture, requirements and related topics to gain competitive advantage.

Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Interfaces with International and domestic customers and internal Boeing stakeholders to keep all parties apprised of key issues.

Technical bachelor's degree and typically 20 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 18 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

Must be able to travel 50% of the time

Applicant must have demonstrated background in military training environment. Must understand all the complete understanding of what is involved to provide a complete training solution to both US and International Customers.

Need to have good presentation skills. Requirement to work with a diverse set of Customers and be able to sell them on Training Solutions.

Preferred applicant has worked in a training Schoolhouse environment. Experience working with International customers. Business Development background. Knowledge of Pilot Training.

Must have an active (or are you able to obtain) a U.S. Security Clearance, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

Must be a United States Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15? “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
