People Management

• Directly

or indirectly (matrix organization) manages resources. The number and

• Handles

Program Management

• Responsible

for program and quality of delivery to customer from original concept through

final implementation.

Custom Application

Development:

Business Intelligence: Can

contribute on BI Roadmaps. Has light data analysis and SQL

skills. Clear understanding DBS BI Methodology. Clear understanding of

Business Intelligence roles.

ERP Integration:

Education Requirement: 4-year

college degree, preferably in MIS or Business Experience

Experience Requirement: 8+

years of directly related experience with leading multiple groups of people and

programs in an IT environment
