As a member of the Logistics team you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility.

A key goal of the Warehouse Attendant is to prepare our crews with the right equipment and supplies that they need to help Woodard's customers get back to their lives at home and at work.

Team Members who truly excel in the position will help design a system that holds others accountable but allows for the flexibility to easily scale up and down based on our customer needs. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of warehouse experience, have a strong attention to detail, be able to obtain a class E license, have some flexibility with schedule, and be available to work a 3-11:30 type shift.   • Help manage all relevant equipment and supply inventory on each vehicle

  • Open the warehouse/inventory room for 1st and 2nd shift employees

  • Count inventory, log into spreadsheet, and spot check discrepancies

  • Work extended shifts and weekends when needed

  • Assist in minor vehicle maintenance and repair

  • Support and work in other areas of the company when needed

  • Ensure all equipment comes back from all jobsites

  • Daily vehicle inspections- spot check for proper inventory levels and vehicle cleanliness

  • Be responsible for proactive, consistent communication with all stake holders

  • Ensure that inventory levels meet demand (current and projected)

  • Be responsible for building maintenance and cleanliness

  • Develop processes that are simple and effective

  • Be responsible for quality of service delivery

  • Assist the Inventory Control Specialist to maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels.
