          The Judge Group is looking for seasoned / experienced JAVA - J2EE Application Developer for a client of ours in O Fallon, MO.
          This is a 12month + contract engagement. PLEASE NO 3RD PARTY CANDIDATES OR EMPLOYERS. This is a W2 or 1099 opportunity.
          8+ years of experience designing and developing IT solutions using Java/J2EE/Spring/Hibernate/JPA/Maven/Websphere technologies
          Experience working in a lead role working with IT and business leaders, end users, project managers, analysts, testers.
          Ability to lead development teams in an onshore offshore environment and deliver timely results.
          Strong understanding of SDLC, scope and change management.
          Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
          Experience with any of the following is a strong plus: JRules, Blaze Advisor, Websphere Portal, TIBCO, Agile, Mortgage and Financial IT
