Reyes Holdings Inside Sales Representative - RFS in Lee's Summit, Missouri
Position Summary: This role will be responsible for the inbound and outbound servicing of established accounts. The Inside Sales Representative will work in a team environment, with outside sales and may make occasional customer site visits.
Required Skills and Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum one year of customer service, sales or other related experience.
Ability to independently resolve problems, exercise good judgment and initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with verbal presentation skills, strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task in case of shifting priorities and follow through to completion.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must have a clean MVR and reliable transportation.
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
G enerate new and repeat sales by providing product information in a timely manner.
Partner with outside sales reps to increase sales to existing customers.
Obtain and maintain industry knowledge and trends
Obtain and maintain knowledge of products.
Proficiency in order programs and ability to train/guide customers on its use.
Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.
Make occasional customer site visits.
Communicate out of stocks and late trucks as necessary to sales consultants.
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and quantities.
Accurately process customer transactions such as service requests, orders or returns.
Educate customers above products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
Set up and maintain electronic customer files.
Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
