Lead Account Managers oversee the day-to-day activities with assigned accounts; they direct assignments and/or projects and provide guidance to cross functional partners. Lead Account Managers establish and maintain business relationships with assigned customers. Lead Account Managers are a liaison for customers to all other Argus departments to ensure quality account management and responsive and effective problem resolution. They also serve as a resource and mentor as needed.
Business owner, that will lead client and internal teams from Discovery through completion of Initiation Phase of Project Life Cycle
Gather, define, and document business requirements and assist with technical design requirements; perform risk assessments; recommend products/services alternatives and/or current systems enhancements
Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously using Argus’ defined project management approach
Work independently using client commitment dates, service levels and negotiated delivery timing to drive daily priority and interactions
Maintain advanced Argus product knowledge and technical understanding to ensure efficient design, development, and implementation
Develop content for, and lead conference calls and presentations with broad range of participants possessing vast technical and business experience both internally and externally
Clearly communicate verbally and in written form to diverse audience
Effectively manage time to drive to required delivery outcomes and service levels
Demonstrate strong collaboration and problem solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent
3 years related experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Post-secondary education and Argus Pharmacy Analyst Certification or Pharmacy Technician Certification
5 to 8 years experience managing customer relationships in healthcare
Project management and leadership experience
