To achieve our results, we recruit the best and brightest employees who ask, listen and solve to meet our customers’ needs!As a Customer Service Representative, you will:- Communicate effectively and professionally with debtors to determine cause of delinquency and resolve payment issue.- Initiate contact by utilization of auto-dialer/phone in a fast-paced environment.- Contribute to the Bank’s ongoing goal of maintaining low delinquency and low gross losses on current Bankcard accounts, through high productive use of a predictive dialer and other means to make contact with customer.Work Hours: - Flexible scheduling- Weekly prime-time hours required (Monday - Thursday, 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Friday afternoon, 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., or Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)Education:- HS diploma required, college degree preferred.- Candidates currently pursuing a 4 year degree encouraged to apply.Qualifications:- 1+ years customer service/collections experience preferred.- Excellent verbal & written skills.- Knowledge of Accurint, Experian, Trans Union, E-Oscar, Microsoft Word & Excel a plus.- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, organizational and time management skills are required.- Ability to manage multiple priorities is a plus.- Experience with a predictive dialer and operating a computer to retrieve and enter information preferred.- Skip tracing experience is preferred.
