Spring Venture Group is looking for a Customer Liaison Specialist to join our Processing Team. This position will be responsible for assisting licensed agents in our Medicare Supplement division. The Customer Liaison team is responsible for ensuring applications are being processed in a timely manner with the carriers and handling any errors that would affect the accuracy of the application. Our associates are hard-working, and motivated individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, positive work environment. ● Provide general support to our sales agents

● Monitor and track pending applications with carriers for Medicare Supplement, Dental/Vision/Hearing, and Critical Illness policies

● Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications with carriers to make sure they get issued

● Resolve application problems by making corrections and obtaining documentation

● Maintain communication with agents, clients, and carriers

● Continuously develop Medicare industry knowledge to enhance your performance

● Keep abreast of carrier requirements and guidelines

● Is very organized and knows how to manage their time very well

● Is a proactive communicator with a desire to collaborate with the team, agents, clients, and carriers

● Has a high level of self-motivation

● Can adapt and implement the use of new technologies in their workday

● Possesses a positive attitude and sense of humor

● Can handle a fast paced work environment
