American Outdoor Brands Corporation Order Management Specialist in Columbia, Missouri

Under the general supervision of the Order Entry Manager, the Order Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering orders in a timely manner. This person will be expected to understand domestic/international product regulations and restrictions, have attention to detail, and effective interpersonal skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately key orders into ERP system

  • Ensure all orders are within US or international customer regulations and/or restrictions

  • Release orders in a timely manner

  • Generate daily reports for backorder replenishment, outstanding orders, etc.

  • Effective communication with other departments as needed

  • Work as a team

  • Work safely, and report any safety hazards immediately

  • Maintain good housekeeping in personal area and all commons areas

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Education: High School Diploma required

  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree

  • Preferred Experience: One or more years in data entry, sales, or customer service related position.

Physical Demands:

  • Some travel may be required for buying group shows

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer
