The Implementation Specialist is instrumental in the implementation of new business and additional business from current relationships by identifying, analyzing and executing tasks as they pertain to the implementation process. The person in this position also provides feedback to the business systems and client relations staff members to ensure continued success in client implementations.
Primary position responsibilities:
Independently manage assigned projects to ensure timely completion. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Establish and review system profiles and tables.
Test manual and electronic processing systems.
Review test output.
Establish SharePoint site documents for new and existing clients as needed.
Create billing guides.
Review current invoices and make sure the system definition supports the audit process.
Write and review initial screening procedures to ensure correct flow.
Establish exception control procedure post go-live.
Assist client relations with the establishment of exception routing.
Troubleshoot post go-live operational issues.
Act as an internal consultant and gateway for training internal staff on new accounts.
Under the direction of management, assess opportunities to enhance implementation efficiencies.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and minimum requirements:
Strong analytical ability.
Capable of logically and thoroughly analyzing issues.
Able to communicate effectively with all levels, both in writing and verbally.
Capable of managing multiple tasks at the same time.
Ability to travel as needed (<10%) to support implementation efforts.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, data processing, or related area or equivalent experience.
Four - six years of progressively complex systems experience in a technical or customer service environment.
Four years of high level account management experience with dedicated accounts.
